Smokey, a 4-month-old Chihuahua puppy has garnered international attention after surviving three days in the woods with a barbecue fork stuck in his head.

During a family picnic in Kentucky, the large fork snapped in half and propelled the pronged end flying – eventually becoming embedded in Smokey's head.
