An Ontario dog owner was convicted today of slandering a dog breeder after onlien comments she made about the health of a black Labrador three years ago.
Trevor, a Rottweiler-shepherd cross rescued from abuse earlier this year, is being give a chance to have his case for life proved after the Yukon Supreme Court has ordered an injunction.
Trevor was scheduled to be killed on Wednesday as the result of allegations that he has bit several people. But with the court-ordered injunction, the staff at the Mae Bachur Animal Shelter have a chance to prove his case on August 6.
